To start communicating with another user on the platform, go to their profile or service page and click "Contact".

How it works

On first contact, a new conversation is created. If you already have an active conversation with this user, you will be redirected to it.

Messenger

All messages are encrypted on the server (AES-256-GCM). Text, files, and stickers are supported. Messages are delivered in real time via WebSocket.

Recommendations

Discuss all order details in the platform messenger. This ensures protection and the ability to involve an arbitrator in case of a dispute.
