Purchase Process
- Find a product in the digital goods catalog
- Select a variant (if available)
- Click "Buy"
- Pay via T-Bank Safe Deal (bank card, SBP, or T-Pay)
- Confirm payment
Receiving the Product
After successful payment, the system automatically creates an order and delivers the product. The content arrives as a system message in the order chat. Open the "Orders" section to view the delivered content.
Issues with a Product
If the received content does not match the description, contact support. For orders over 5,000 RUB, a dispute function with an arbitrator is available.
