open-dispute

If you cannot resolve an issue with the other party, open a dispute to involve a platform arbitrator.

When you can open a dispute

Disputes are available for orders in "In Progress" or "Delivered" status.

Minimum amount

Disputes can only be opened for orders of 5,000 RUB or more (or equivalent in another currency, e.g. $60). For smaller orders, contact support.

How to open

  1. Go to the order page
  2. Click "Open Dispute"
  3. Describe the issue in text
  4. Submit

After opening a dispute, the order moves to "Disputed" status. The arbitrator will review the case and may request additional evidence from both parties.
