Wallet and Finances

The Wallet section in your dashboard is your financial hub on Headlance. It displays the history of all transactions related to your orders on the platform.

How Payments Work on Headlance

All payments between buyers and sellers are processed through T-Bank Safe Deal (Multisplit). The platform does not store or process user funds — all financial operations are handled by a licensed bank acquirer.

For Buyers

  • You pay for orders via bank card (Visa, Mastercard, MIR), SBP, or T-Pay
  • Funds are held by the bank in a special account until the deal is completed
  • Money is not transferred to the seller until you accept the work
  • In case of a dispute, funds remain frozen until the arbitrator's decision

For Sellers

  • After the buyer accepts the work, a 48-hour guarantee period begins
  • After the guarantee period, T-Bank automatically transfers funds to your card minus the platform commission
  • No additional actions are required to receive payment

Subscription Payments

Subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are paid separately through YooKassa by bank card. This is not related to order payments — a subscription provides reduced commission rates and extended limits.

What the Wallet Section Shows

In the Wallet section you can see:

  • Transaction history — all payments, earnings, and refunds for your orders
  • Statistics — summary of income and expenses for a selected period
  • Charts — visualization of financial flows

This section is informational. All financial operations go directly through T-Bank.
