If you decide to stop using a paid plan (Plus or Pro), you can cancel automatic renewal at any time. Your current paid period will continue to work until the end.
How to disable auto-renewal
Log in and go to Settings.
Open the Subscription section in the sidebar.
Click Cancel auto-renewal (or "Cancel subscription").
Confirm your decision in the popup dialog.
After disabling auto-renewal, your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the free Base plan.
What happens after cancellation
Current period: All plan features (reduced commission, increased upload limits) continue working until the end of the paid period.
After expiry: Account switches to Base plan. Commission returns to 15%, file upload limit drops to 10 MB. If your active services exceed the Base limit, excess services will be hidden from search (but not deleted).
Linked card: Upon cancellation, the card token is automatically removed from YooKassa. No further charges will occur.
Reactivating subscription
You can re-enable auto-renewal at any time before the current period ends:
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Click Resume auto-renewal.
You will need to re-enter card details at the next billing cycle.
Refund policy on cancellation
Per the User Agreement (section 6.4):
Within first 72 hours — full refund if you did not use paid features.
After 72 hours — partial refund calculated as: (Subscription price − 30%) / Days in period × Remaining days. The 30% is considered a license activation fee.
To request a refund, go to Subscription and click Request refund. The system will automatically calculate and display the amount before confirmation.
Important
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
If auto-renewal has already charged, you can request a refund through the subscription interface.
