arbitrator-access

When a dispute is opened, the platform arbitrator gains access to the information necessary for making a decision.

The arbitrator has access to:

  • Order-related conversation between buyer and seller
  • Files uploaded within the order
  • Service or product description
  • Order statuses and history

The arbitrator does not have access to:

  • Other user conversations (unrelated to the order)
  • Payment data (card numbers, bank details)
  • Personal documents (KYC) unless relevant to the dispute

Arbitrator access to conversations is enabled by the server-side encryption architecture. Messages are decrypted on the server side, allowing the arbitrator to review the conversation history without any additional actions from the dispute parties.
