accept-work

After the seller submits the result, the order moves to "Delivered" status. The buyer can:

  • Accept the work — order moves to "Completed", the 48-hour guarantee period begins
  • Request a revision — order returns to "In Progress", the seller makes corrections
  • Open a dispute — if agreement cannot be reached, a platform arbitrator is involved

Acceptance Process

Review the work result. Make sure all requirements from the order description are met. If the result meets your expectations, click "Accept Work".

Auto-acceptance (72 hours)

If the buyer does not respond to the delivered result within 72 hours, the order is accepted automatically. This protects the seller from situations where the buyer receives the work but does not press the accept button.

A countdown timer is displayed on the order page showing the time until auto-acceptance.

48-hour Guarantee Period

After acceptance (manual or automatic), funds are not transferred to the seller immediately. A 48-hour guarantee period begins:

  • During these 48 hours, the buyer can open a dispute if they discover issues with the result
  • After 48 hours, T-Bank automatically transfers funds to the seller minus the platform commission
  • Acceptance is irreversible — a completed order can only be disputed within the guarantee period

Requesting a Revision

The number of revision requests is unlimited. With each request, provide specific feedback so the seller can make precise corrections. After a revision is submitted, the auto-acceptance timer (72 hours) resets.
