Order payments on Headlance are processed through T-Bank Safe Deal.

Card payment (T-Bank Multi-Settlements)

The primary and currently only active payment method. Visa, Mastercard, MIR cards are supported, as well as SBP and T-Pay. Funds are held on the bank side until the order is completed — the platform does not hold the buyer's money.

How escrow works

When paying, money is not transferred to the seller immediately. It is held by the acquiring bank (T-Bank) until the buyer accepts the work and the 48-hour warranty period expires. This protects both parties.

Commission

The commission is paid by the seller and depends on the subscription: Base 15%, Plus 12.5%, Pro 12%. The buyer pays the listed price with no additional fees.
